I've read this before. It's not going to change my lifestyle at all. I love statistics that say things like "they reduced mortality by 40%". Really? How do you reduce mortality? So those people don't die? Ha Ha
ReplyDeleteI guess nobody should ever run a marathon, or if they do, they better run a 2:29. That might be tough to do though on just 2 and a half hours per week of running.
