  1. I refuse to believe it. Correlation does not dictate causation!

    Breathing too much oxygen, drinking too much water, or anything else that is necessary for a sound/healthy body and mind can be detrimental to one's health.

  3. I've read this before. It's not going to change my lifestyle at all. I love statistics that say things like "they reduced mortality by 40%". Really? How do you reduce mortality? So those people don't die? Ha Ha

    I guess nobody should ever run a marathon, or if they do, they better run a 2:29. That might be tough to do though on just 2 and a half hours per week of running.
